I felt the 'hard sell' was put on me from the beginning. I was told the lenses I required would be £140, but when I asked for them to be put into the glasses I already have I was told the price would be £260. How does that work???

I came to Boots in Regent St for a second opinion on a previous exam. The staff their were very friendly and courteous. During the health check I was able to ask all questions I needed to, including why I felt my previous check up showed no difference in my left eye, when I was certain there was. During the eye test, the optometrist gave me the eye chart test to see if my eyes had in fact changed. She was extremely helpful and patient with me and figured out that in fact my left eye did need a higher prescription. I was relieved to hear this, as I was purchasing new glasses, I wanted to ensure the exact prescription. I'd recommend them for the quality of their service and their outstanding care. Thank you!
